Only 1.5 hours away from Toronto, enjoy this newly built two storey cottage on Rice Lake and get away from all of the hustle and bustle of the city Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in Hiawatha, you have private access to the lake to enjoy the breathtaking views. Nothing beats a morning coffee on the dock or on the swing in the morning or at night around the campfire looking up at the stars. Camping on a private island in the Kawarthas

Campout on your very own private island in the Kawarthas. Great for swimming, fishing, and enjoying nature. 14 foot aluminum boat provided, no motor...but it's only about 150 ft from our dock on shore to our dock on the island. Boat traffic on the Trent can be a little busier on weekends, so there could be the odd wave which could make it difficult for swimming with or even fun for children. Always wear proper PFD Weekend noise from the trailer park can sometimes go into the night past midnight.
