Enjoy a comfortable stay in this newly built, fully accessible and step-free self contained flat. It has off street parking but is just 500m from all the cafes and restaurants in Jackson Street, or about 800m from a stroll along the beach. Well situated for public transport: buses in Jackson Street to Lower Hutt and Wellington, and just 1.1 km to Petone train station. Waterloo Haven

Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. We often accommodate early/late check in/outs, just ask. Pets welcome, please message for details ahead of your stay.

Mustang cottage is a unique private cosy space with homely touches and secure off-road parking for larger vehicles and trailers. Lawn & garden spaces for pets to roam safely. 3 min walk to Woburn train station & bus stops, local supermarket and bakeries. Nearby parks, river, queensgate mall, cinemas, restaurants. Whether it’s a convenient overnighter or an extended stay, our studio is ideal, with a short drive to Queensgate & Central Hutt or a short walk to the public train into Wellington city. Past guests have enjoyed the convenience of ample off street parking onsite. With Te Whiti park directly across the road, there are plenty of beautiful walks & fitness options too.

The Fifth Room

Easy walk to Jackson St shops, cafés and restaurants. Petone Beach and Railway Station within a 10min walk. Percy's reserve and walking tracks close by. Wellington city a 10 min drive (off peak). The InterIslander Ferry is a less than ten minute drive off peak. Perfect to catch an early morning Ferry, or late afternoon disembark. Supermarkets, specialty stores, cinema and pharmacies. Petone pretty much has it all including a Kmart which is quite literally at the end of the street.

Nest on Nelson - cosy hideaway at Petone beach

Nest on Nelson is a right across from Petone beach. The private garden area is lush with greenery and the perfect space to unwind. Enjoy relaxing in the egg chair, looking out at the peaceful surrounds or have a soak in the massive bath. Free car park and centrally located (one house back from beach) and a 3 minute stroll to all the restaurants, quirky shops and cafes of Jackson St. Train and bus stops to the central city are a short walk. Picton ferry is a 10 minute drive at off peak.
