There is a modern bathroom with walk in shower, washing machine & dryer. 1 x King size bed (or 2 x singles - $30 fee) 1.2 km's to nearest supermarket & train station, which takes you straight to Brisbane City. 30 minutes to Redcliffe, Glass House Mountains, Bribie Island & Australia Zoo. Private outdoor area. Free parking for 2 cars

This private guesthouse features a separate bedroom (queen bed) and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge, ideal solo traveler’s or small families. 30 minutes from Brisbane CBD, 25 minutes from Brisbane International Airport, and 1 hour to the Sunshine Coast. The guesthouse has it's own dedicated driveway with remote controlled gates for you to come and go as you please, with a carport adjoining the guesthouse for your use. A day before your arrival I will message the guest with the locked boxed code, located in the carport. Close to Petrie Historical Village with markets and walking trails around Lake Samsonvale. Walking distance to North Pine 9 Hole Golf Course.
