Our bright, comfy and cosy beach home, *decorated at Christmas time, with separate snooker/table-tennis/darts annexe, is located on the picturesque Pevensey Bay. Brimming with ever-changing sea and sky views and well-equipped for an easy and truly memorable stay, quality time with friends and family is spent relaxing, playing games, swimming, walking, reading, as well as exploring the attractions and culture of nearby coastal towns, historic landmarks and beautiful South Downs National Park.

The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

The Bexhill Arthouse is a unique property with interiors designed by architect and artist Hanna Benihoud. It is a 3rd floor flat right on the seafront with dramatic views. Bexhill offers restaurants, galleries, antique shopping and strolls on the beach, all within walking distance. The Arthouse is 5 minutes walk away from the iconic De La Warr Pavilion with regular art exhibitions, comedians and musicians. The location is perfect to explore the Sussex countryside and neighbouring towns.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

It sits on a quiet road with the Regency Square Conservation Area - yet just seconds from the seafront and just a stroll from the centre of Brighton. The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored.
