Đây là căn nhà Vườn, rộng nhất trong 3 căn và cũng nằm giữa 1 khu vườn lớn, được bao bọc bởi cây cối nên yên tĩnh và ấm cúng. Ngoài tiện nghi trong phòng, nhà Vườn còn có tầng trệt để ngồi chơi và nhìn ra vườn, giữa vườn có lầu ngồi uống trà và đón gió. Ngôi nhà phù hợp với gia đình lớn, có trẻ con và thú cưng.
