Ha un ingresso con soggiorno e un balconcino con affaccio su strada, dispone di un divano letto a 2 posti ed angolo pranzo. Il disimpegno divide la zona letto dotato di letto matrimoniale. La zona cucina è arredata e dotata di elettrodomestici e lavatrice. La stanza da bagno è dotata di bidet e box doccia. Aria condizionata e cassaforte.
