Enjoy one of the 3 decks. Inside: * 3 queen beds, 1 bathroom, Central AC and heat, fresh bedding and towels, equipped kitchen. * Excellent WiFi at the cabin but cell service is spotty. When you arrive to The View At Happy Hollow, a bright and cheerfully remodeled 1440 sq ft house (summer 2024) with a wall of sliding doors to the large 16' X 30' lakeside covered decks on both floors provide a close-up panoramic view of beautiful Dale Hollow Lake from the inside and the outside. All bookings require Copies of Drivers Licenses for all adult guests staying in the property, a signed Rental Agreement and $500 Security Deposit "HOLD" placed on your credit card after booking.

This cabin is perfect to experience the remote quiet life in the country yet it is only 6 miles to the nearest town of Byrdstown TN which is absolutely charming. It still has the southern hospitality in which we all love and endure. This cabin is less than 11 miles from the prestigous Dale Hollow Lake and Sunset Marina where there is a multitude of water activities to do including a sandy beach area at the Obey River Recreation Area.

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. This Home is located in an Equestrian community with direct trail access to community horse trails as well as 4 access points into the Big South Fork NRRA, known for its miles of horse riding and hiking trails. There are 2 fire pits for your enjoyment, a screened in back porch and a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking, as well as a fenced dog lot in the back yard.
