Cascina Ferrarotti ligger i den sørlige delen av Piemonte, i distriktet Langhe, ca 20 minutter kjøretur til Barolo. Huset ligger helt usjenert, 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er et oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med uteområder som passer for en gruppe på ferietur sammen.

Nel 2004 inizia l'attività ricettiva con un alloggio indipendente. Dal 2014, completando la ristrutturazione dell'immobile (travature in legno a vista, copertura in lose, murature in pietra del luogo) è attivo il servizio di ristorazione.
