Only 8 minutes walking distance from the Denton Square (or >5 on the tandem bike!), The Fallon House is the perfect base for visiting Denton's best restaurants, bars, and shops. Nestled behind a Craftsman home on a quaint street, The Fallon House is a thoughtfully designed standalone cottage, and offers anything you may need for a private retreat. The Fallon House features a bedroom with a King bed and a Queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for a romantic hideout or small family retreat.

The Vineyard Loft

The Vineyard Loft offers all the comforts of home. The studio style apartment has a kitchenet, open living area, and separate entrance. Take a walk in the country, pick some blackberries, enjoy wine tasting at a local vineyard, or shopping and restaurants in Celina located just minutes away (see Guide Book). Charming 1930s renovated farm house on our property adjoining Lake Ray Roberts. Enjoy the spectacular sun and moon rise over the lake or walk down to the fishing and Public Hunting Land. 10 minutes to the marina, 15 to Isle du Bois State Park and 20 to the beautiful Denton square, UNT and TWU. Just miles away from many wedding venues and 30 mins to WinStar Casino. Enjoy the quiet serenity of our horses and cows grazing, or take a tour of the North Texas Horse Country.

Randy's Retreat with pool and hot tub!!

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Howdy! Enjoy a newly renovated home located in the heart of Pilot Point, Texas. In walking distance, is the Pilot Point downtown square. On the square, you will find restaurants, a coffee house, and other entertainment. If you are looking for adventure, Lake Ray Roberts is just 4 miles away! Other local spots include Western Son Distillery, Sharkarosa, and Texas Tulips! We hope you will find the space as cozy as we do and we look forward to meeting you soon!

Cozy Country Caboose #1- Couples Getaway

Stay in our 1927 Caboose. It has everything you need for your trip. You will have free Wi-Fi to cozy up on the couch or sip free coffee/ tea outside around the fire. Play with the goats, feed the chickens and pig, or pet the horse. 5 minutes to a Winery, within 30 miles to 3 Casinos, 31 miles to Buc-ee's, and a little over an hour to Dallas.
