U neposrednoj blizini vlasnici imaju proizvodnju sira pa se mogu degustirati različiti autohtoni sirevi. Također na livadama u blizini mogu se vidjeti ovce kako pasu. Das Neu erbaute und Modern eingerichtete Haus befindet sich in Kastel nicht weit von der Grenze Slowenien/Kroatien. Die Lage ist ideal für ein Familien Urlaub wo sie eine schöne Zeit verbringen können. Der Pool ist zu ihrer Privaten Nutzung und es sind zwei Parkplaetze verfuegbar. Die Hauptstrasse ist weit weg so das man keinen Laerm hat. Strände sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Viele Restaurants befinden sich in der Umgebung und ein kleiner Markt ist auch wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
