Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!

Go for a beautiful sunrise or sunset walk, on the paved, low traffic, backroad. Wind down in the evening in the cozy living space, with your favorite show, or a good book. Turn in for the evening in the comfy, queen size bed. Local attractions abound! A short 15 min drive to beautiful, Mentone, Fort Payne, or head for the big city of Chattanooga, within an hour drive. Garage is non accessible.
