The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Our cottage is a COST EFFECTIVE alternative to hotel rooms! It is single story for easy access, no common walls with a FULL kitchen. It has an outdoor yard for bbq and kids play. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. Our cottage is 1/2 block to the beach and 2 1/2 blocks from the pier. It is located within walking distance of all downtown shops and restaurants.

The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.
