The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is UNABLE.

Neat studio apartment on the eighth floor, close to the best beaches in the east of the island, with a beautiful frontbeach view. Minutes also from the rain forest and the famous "kioskos de Luquillo" were you can find any type of food and drinks. The pool is not available due to building repair. Take note that our premises are non-smoking.
