Enjoy hot-tubbing, grilling out, roasting marshmallows, hiking, stargazing and some of the most spectacular views you'll find anyplace in Oklahoma. Many attractions year round within a short driving distance. Fishing, beach and a boat ramp nearby.

The Sands Weekender

If you are looking for peace and quiet, you have found it!! The Weekender is perfect for couples that are looking for some R&R. It is located approximately 4 miles from McAlester. This cabin has everything you need to get away! Relax on the deck while cooking a steak on the grill, sit in the hot tub or around the outdoor firepit just a few steps away. The inside is an open floor plan with kitchenette, King size bed and cozy living area! We have multiple cabins in case you want to bring friends.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin is away from the city noises and close to fishing and hunting areas. We are close to several boat ramps, but Arrowhead State Park is the closest. If you have a boat trailer you will have plenty of room to maneuver and park. Enjoy viewing the birdlife, you will see lots of activity around the feeders. In the summer you will enjoy seeing fireflies at dusk. The kids will feel like they have their own little space in the loft bedroom.

Lake Eufaula lakeview cottage!

Welcome to our lakeside cottage! We are located on Lake Eufaula only 10 mins north of McAlester, OK. There's a boat ramp located less than 1 mile away. Enjoy the lake view from the screened in porch, porch swing in the lower back yard or a hammock next to the water. Includes water access. Water shoes are recommended, it's pretty rocky. Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.

Relax on a ranch at the MK Bunkhouse!

MK bunkhouse started as a place for our family and friends to enjoy. Our area is so beautiful, we had many requests to share our place. We are 6 miles from Robbers Cave State Park on a working ranch. Wake up to sit on the porch to enjoy a country sunrise or take a walk through our pasture trails. During the day, enjoy many local activities at Robbers Cave, Wilburton or the nearby scenic drives. Each evening, unwind by the fire pit as the horses munch in the nearby pasture.

You will love sitting on the front porch and watching the walkers, bike riders, etc. across the street. Living area open to dining area and kitchen. Master bedroom has walk-in shower. Also a full bath off the hallway. Wifi and streaming wide screen TV. Lots of closet space. Fully furnished kitchen. Across from a beautiful, walking track, the Mike Deak McAlester HS baseball field and soccer fields. Well lighted street. Small garage and additional parking on driveway.

You will be within walking distance of Yogi Bear’s JellyStone Park, the marina, Sammy’s Surf Shop, Xtreme Amphitheater, fishing, & swimming. This is the perfect place for any motorcycle enthusiast to kick back and relax after a full day of exploring Eufaula.

( Biking, Hiking and walking) The small town of Krebs with its famous Italian restaurant "Pete's Place" is 2.7 miles away or south on 69 to“Captain John’s” for the best steak. Downtown locally owned shops are ten minutes away or relax on the deck and listen to the wind chimes with a cup of coffee.
