Gostima su također na raspolaganju 2 - 4 parking mjesta u sklopu dvorišta. Objekt je 2017. godine završen te je unutra sve potpuno novo (kupatilo, kuhinja, sobe...). Kap Kamenjak in der Nähe von der Ortschaft Prementura ist unbedingt sehenswert.
