The corner windows offer one of the best perspectives in KC. All 8 guest rooms have private bedrooms & bathrooms. Heads up: our lobby bar is open most Wed–Sat, with quiet hours starting at 1 AM. Not ideal for light sleepers! There’s no TV, and our linens lean crisp over cushy, thanks to the commercial sanitizing service we use.

Southmoreland is a historic 1913 Mansion whose goal is to provide hospitality and comfort. It is conveniently located in the heart of Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza. If your goal is to find a unique alternative to the classic downtown hotel, then look no further! The main floor boasts a living room with a gas fireplace and wet bar, a dining room with a lengthy wood table and a sunroom with a porch swing. The veranda is lined with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the garden in summer.

The Maple Room Queen Bed at BnB in CWE!

A Lovely room in a historical St. Louis home! The Blue Spruce Room is on the 2nd floor, and has a recently renovated and beautiful bathroom complete with a walk-in rain shower right next to it. The room has a desk, chair, lamp, table, Amazon Fire TV with basically every major streaming App, newly installed hardwood floors, and a Queen sized-bed. The room has two large windows for plenty of natural light with heavy blinds for sleeping in! Full use of the kitchen upstairs is available!

The Woodsman Suite

A third floor suite, facing the river with the train tracks only a couple blocks away. It took 2 months to do the ceiling. Carefully polished and placed the old lath in a specific design, the ceiling is a work of art. Eighty percent of the material used in this room is from re purposed lumber, either from this building or from a childhood barn built in the late 1800's. It will take you a while to notice every detail down to the toilet paper holder which is from an old barn post.

Spend the night at the Commerce Street Brewery! We have been welcoming guests to our brewpub and luxurious guestrooms since 1998. Built in a restored 1854 mining warehouse, history and charm abound. All of the guest rooms in my home (above the brewery) feature air conditioning and private bathrooms, luxury bedding, linens, and bath amenities, fireplaces, oversized whirlpool bathtubs, and free fast internet, parking, cable tv, and continental breakfast.

You booked the Maine room on the main floor. This room has a queen bed and a private bathroom. This room has no stairs - you can take a ramp to the front door and there’s a minimal step to get in the shower. This room also has a pull bar by the toilet and shower for your safety. The shower is a stall type shower. There's also a fan in the room for your comfort. Air mattresses are available for $10/ night.

The Sterling Room

The Sterling Room comes with a Queen size bed.The private en-suite bathroom has a shower and a separate soaking tub. The Sterling room has individual climate control, high-speed wireless internet access, and telephone, alarm clock, radio, and hairdryer.
