Luxury house with private heated pool in Nerja!

Welcome to this beautiful house in Nerja. Located in the popular area of Capistrano Village. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

Disfruta de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico. Muy bien situado, puedes llegar tanto a la playa como al balcón de Europa en pocos minutos caminando. Tiene entrada independiente directamente a la calle sin escaleras ni portales. Tiene una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama, lavadora-secadora, horno y todo lo necesario para el día a día. La ubicación es excelente ya que está en una pintoresca calle del casco antiguo y eso le dará la oportunidad de poder descubrir a pié el centro histórico de Nerja, sus playas y su rica gastronomía.
