El apartamento cuenta con terraza, baño con bañera, cocina equipada (sin horno), y una habitación interior con cama de matrimonio. Además cuenta con piscina comunitaria y jardines muy bien cuidados. A unos metros se encuentra el centro comercial, tiene restauración, comercio y ocio. Y un extenso parque para pasear, jugar a fútbol o baloncesto.
