The apartment is located in the La Venecia area and has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room and kitchen is open plan with a balcony overlooking the street and square. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a king size double bed which can be made into two single beds if requested. There is a second small balcony in the bedroom overlooking a garden. There is also a 40 sqm private roof terrace with sun beds, shower, outdoor kitchen and a large table with chairs.

Die sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung ist in der 8. Etage und hat vom Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse einen fantastischen Blick auf den Strand und den Fischerhafen. Geniesst den Sonnenuntergang auf der Terasse oder am Strand der direkt vor der Haustür liegt. Hier findest du alles was du für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigst: Küche mit Backofen und Ceranfeld, Waschmaschine, TV, WIFI. Viel Stauraum für längere Aufenthalte. Der ideale Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden oder einfach zu relaxen.

Appartamento molto tranquillo, ubicato nella zona alta di Playa del Cura ma con facile accesso pedonale alla zona della spiaggia. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.
