La ubicación, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de los accesos es lo que caracteriza a ‘VIDA’. Appartamento molto tranquillo, ubicato nella zona alta di Playa del Cura ma con facile accesso pedonale alla zona della spiaggia. Ampio terrazzo con sole al pomeriggio, perfetto per pranzi all'aperto, con magnifica vista sulla baia. Accesso gratuito alla piscina condominiale. Vicino a supermercati, ristoranti e a tutti i servizi utili. Davanti al complesso c’è un parcheggio gratuito. Non adatto a utenti su sedia a rotelle in quanto sono presenti delle barriere architettoniche.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Se puede alquilar entera (6 personas) o parcial (4 personas). La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
