Don't worry, there is plenty of space for sunbathing as well, on the lawn in the enclosed private grounds. A short walk to the beach, the house is located perfectly within walking distance to the famous Pavones Point beach break, the town, park, and local restaurants.

Beach House at Pieza Paraiso

This beachfront house is located on Matapalo Beach and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's world class right hand point break. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as scarlet macaws and sloths who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Please note that due to rough waves and rocky coastline Matapalo Beach is not ideal for swimming.
