Luxury house with private heated pool in Nerja!

Welcome to this beautiful house in Nerja. Located in the popular area of Capistrano Village. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. This luxury renovated villa is something out of the ordinary. Very tasteful with exclusive materials in both the interior-design and furnitures. Here you get Extra Everything for a perfect stay! The residence offers an air-conditioned accommodation, underfloor heating and a private heated pool in the garden. To the town center of Nerja and the "Balcon de Europa" it is 2 km and to the main beach "Playa de Burriana" only 1,2 km. The grocery stores Mercadona and Carrefour are both within easy reach, about 250 meters from the property. The Capistrano area facilities with pool area, bar and restaurant are also just around the corner. Wi-fi is free. Towels and bed linen are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Parking at the house is also free. If you feel like BBQ, there is an outdoor kitchen with fridge for chilled drinks and a gasgrill on the terrace. It invites you to gather. Either at the dining area, the built-in lounge sofa or at the bar. The accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, all of which have "en suite" bathrooms with shower and toilet. They are all located one floor up. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a guest toilet, a well-proportioned living room with a view of the terrace and the sea. As well a very well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. Everything in an open plan. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and more. In the living room there is a sofa group, TV and a sound-system.

Consta de 2 plantas. Principal con salón-cocina- comedor , cuarto baño con ducha, y dormitorio principal. Planta baja dormitorio 2 camas sencillas y baño con ducha. Incluida la electricidad, en consumo responsable de 150Kw / semana (22Kw /día) final de la estancia 0,30€ por kw. extra por exceso.

Casita Blanca | Beautiful house with sea view

Beautiful Andalusian cottage with sea view from the spacious balcony in a scenic setting in Nerja! The sunny private garden with terrace on the ground floor is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Only a 6 minute walk to Burriana beach and restaurants. The accommodation is completely renovated in June. Please note that you have to walk stairs to reach the house and that the house has a spiral staircase to acces the downstairs bedroom from the living room. Free parking available on the street.

Casa Clementine

House in the center of the village refurbished 100% (in 2019). Close to everything but without noise, five minutes to beach. 2 bedrooms house with 2 bathrooms and a living room with kitchen. The house has two floors with a large patio that looks at the living room and the bedroom upstairs. The main bedroom upstairs has a double bed, the bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds, and in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The patio has a shower with hot water.

Villa Colina del Mar är uppdelad i 2st lägenheter i en stor villa. Häng tillsammans runt poolen eller sola på en egen privat terrass. Villan ligger bara 4 min från stranden till fots. Läget är fantastiskt på grund av panoramautsikten, utrymmena, avskildheten och solen såklart! Det är tillräckligt nära centrum för kvällar ute men tillräckligt långt borta för lugn och ro. Villan är perfekt för familjer med barn och stora grupper. Självklart snabbt wi-fi med bra täckning överallt.
