Habana Loft: Over the rooftops of Havana

Habana Loft is an open concept apartament with a functional style. Trendy, elementery with clear lines, but very homely. It is situated on the rooftoop, on the fifth floor, of a capitalist building from 1955. The only construction on the rooftop and absoluletly independent. El Vedado is the district with better connections and more central in Havana. A neighborhood with great commercial and cultural activity, as well a lot of restaurants.

The house is located on a hill at Calle 29 No. 52 in the corner of Calle F. The apartment is on the roof terrace of this building. It was completed in November 2018 after a total renovation. It has an area of approx. 35 m2 and includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette and a roof terrace of approx. 160 m2 with a unique 360 degree view over the roofs from Havana to the sea. By Cuban standards a very modern apartment.
