A private and sunny two floor detached house completely remodeled recently. On the ground floor there is a garden, a lobby, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a guests toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. There is cold and hot water, electricity 110 and 220v, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and TV set in two of them. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is wifi in the house and access to Internet.
