Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

Apartamento muy acogedor de dos habitaciones, en el Vedado muy cerca de La Rampa, el Malecón , Hoteles, Zona Wifi, Restaurantes, Clubs y otros sitios de interés. Está ubicado en una zona muy céntrica que conecta facilmente con otros lugares. Se aceptan niños mayores de 6 años. El servicio de internet es con tarjeta SIM (datos moviles)mucho mejor que la wifi . Algo muy IMPORTANTE : Vivo muy cerca de un hospital grande y gracias a esto no hay cortes del servicio eléctrico (no hay apagones aquí)
