Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

The lowdown This gorgeous urban paradise with 2-bedrooms, located in Buenos Aires Downtown, aims to please with its rustic vintage style. The unique living room is a great place for comfort and relaxation. It has a sofa and three individual low sofas. Integrated in the same area is the dining room with a marble table and six comfortable, yet unique, chairs. A large kitchen, connected to the inner courtyard, will witness great treats. ( kitchen, dining room , bathroom, toilette and floores made of italian marble) A large library is part of the master bedroom, with a queen-size bed. In turn, the second bedroom also has queen-size bed and provides access to the inner courtyard. About Area Full of luxury and style, this apartment is strategically located a few steps away from: Plaza San Martín (San Martín Square) where you'll find La Torre del Reloj (The Clock Tower), Puerto Madero where you will be able to visit the famous monument el Puente de la Mujer (the Woman's Bridge) and the naval museums, and Recoleta where you can enjoy the afternoon in the beautiful Plaza Francia (Francia Square), while you let yourself be captivated by the portside culture, also you will have a great number of high-end restaurants, bars, and clubs. We are a family (My mother and my brother) You may contact us at any time. The building is steps from Plaza San Martín and the famous Puente de la Mujer monument and 3 blocks from 9 de Julio underground station, which links to the rest of the city. Downtown, bus stations, restaurants, and theaters are all a few blocks away. You will be able to walk to Puerto Madero , Downtown and Recoleta. Also Buses and metro stations a few blocks away. It has its own generator set. Apartment is really quiet.

Excellent apartment with a nice design and very brightly lit. Located in the heart of Buenos Aires, it is close to the best restaurants, touristic sites and green areas. It has access to all means of transport (subway, train, Metrobus, bus lines) to get to any point in the city. It is 30 meters away from Plaza San Martin, 3 blocks from Puerto Madero and 100 meters from Florida Street. The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped and it has a comfortable working space as well.

El departamento se encuentra en el corazón del barrio de Retiro, a pasos de la Plaza San Martín y del Teatro Colon. El edificio anteriormente era un hotel de 4 estrellas. Cuenta con gimnasio, espacio de co-working y seguridad 24 horas. Se encuentra en una calle tranquila, silenciosa y con muy buena iluminación exterior. Está muy bien conectado con el subte(3' a pie), buses (de corta y larga distancia) y trenes.
