This is an ocean front cottage with a million dollar view of Cape Cod Bay. Fully furnished rustic cottage on private property. Spectacular sunrise. Enjoy watching frolicking seals. Low tide exposes tide pools and sand bars to explore. This is a very peaceful and quiet location. There are 22 stair steps down to the beach. The stairs are taken up late fall and put back mid May, after storms have passed. Access to the beach at that time is through conservation land 1:8 mile down the road.

It is 1.5 miles to the Cape Cod rail trail (bike trail), close to many dining options and 3 miles to some of the best beaches Cape Cod has to offer.
