This detached accommodation is at the rear of the owner's house. Visitors use the carport & walk up a sloping path with half a dozen steps to a sun terrace for their sole use. The accommodation consists of a small entrance porch, living room with a terracotta tiled floor, neatly fitted galley kitchen, casual dining area, fully tiled shower room W.C. with vanity basin and a small double bedroom. The patio with its pergola has a built in bbq & a chimenea which makes it ideal for outside eating .

The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There's couple of really nice pubs close by too. If you’re looking for a quiet coastal retreat then this is perfect.

Little Gables - Unique retreat on edge of Dartmoor

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

We are delighted to offer this unique garden/riverside lodge. The lodge is situated off the A38 at Marsh Mills, with great links into the centre, but offering a sense of tranquility. You have a separate access, decked areas and sole use of hot tub. New is our yoga studio and wood fired sauna available for private bookings.

The Garden House, Noss Mayo

The Garden House is a converted building next to a Victorian rectory. The accommodation & amenities are maintained to a high standard, our guests have use of their own private & enclosed garden which has lovely views across Middlecombe valley. We are located half a mile from Noss Mayo, which is a 15 minute footpath walk down the hill from the property. We are also close to the coastal path and only a 25 minute drive away from Plymouth city centre.

The brook can be crossed by ford or footbridge, with access to a public footpath through the woods, and leading to the village of Rattery with its excellent pub. Wellies are recommended!
