A cosy, warm luxurious retreat just a short drive from Plymouth, set in a coastal area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the doorstep of Wembury Point National Trust Land. Ideal for visiting Wembury Beach and walking the Southwest Coast Path. It is a modern and contemporary space with an open plan fully fitted kitchen and living area, underfloor heating and modern walk in shower room.

Fully modernised 2 bedroomed entire flat on the top floor of a Victorian house; accessed by 5 flights of stairs. Whilst we do accept pets, it is not suitable for young children under 12 years. Centrally located, the flat is situated in the historic part of town, only moments from the waterfront & Hoe (where legend states Drake played bowls before fighting the Armada); the Barbican, with restaurants, shops, cafes and bars, is a 5 minute walk; Theatre Royal and Plymouth Pavilions are 7 mins walk.

The Annex is to the side of the main property but completely private. The property is situated a short walk from the 'South West Coast Path' near the beautiful Bay of Wembury and the Great Mewstone. The area nestles in an area of outstanding natural beauty and is ideal for access to the local beaches and the coastal path. If you enjoy walking and exploring, the annex is ideal! There's couple of really nice pubs close by too. If you’re looking for a quiet coastal retreat then this is perfect.

We follow Airbnb enhanced cleaning. All high touch areas are cleaned and sanitised. We take pride in our cleanliness and provide extra cleaning supplies for guests during their stay.

The cottage is grade 2 listed with flagstone floors and an inglenook fireplace and has been tastefully renovated throughout. It is situated in the village of Turnchapel where there are lovely coastal walks to explore as well as 2 good pubs and a waterside cafe also the perfect spot for the dive school. It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.

The Barn
Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed + single bed that some guests prefer to use rather than the sofa bed. Please let us know your preference on booking.
