Located a 5 min walk to the estuary and a 5 min drive to Omaha and Matakana. Boutique accomodation minutes from the village. Room @ No Two is a private guest room and en-suite. It has gorgeous sun and relaxing views overlooking lush green countryside. We provide tea, coffee and muesli. There is a small fridge to keep your market goodies chilled. You’ll have your own private access, car park, a lovely bathroom, TV and Wifi. You’ll also have your own seated outside area which catches the late afternoon sun, this is a lovely place to relax and unwind.

Our space is great for travelers who enjoy wineries, breweries, cafes, beaches, walks, cinema (boutique), Saturday markets, Goat Island and a variety of places to visit and explore within easy distance. Nearby is the ferry for a day at Kawau Island. The downstairs studio is private but we are close by and pleased to help and chat if you choose. Warkworth has large grocery stores and shopping but we have a great new grocery shop and a local pub within walking distance.

Hello and welcome to our boutique accommodation ideally situated in the heart of Matakana village, an easy 45 minute drive north of Auckland. Our architecturally designed property offers two private luxurious suites, each with their own ensuite. Please note $200 / $250 per night is the rate per suite which accommodates two guests, if you require to book the cottage the rate is $400/$500 per night accommodating four guests.
