Πανέμορφο εξοχικό σπίτι μπροστά στη θάλασσα

Πανέμορφη εξοχική κατοικία στο Πολύχρονο της Χαλκιδικής με δικό του κήπο πλήρως επιπλωμένο και εξοπλισμένο με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές ( μεγάλο ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων, καφετιέρα, βραστήρα κτλ.), λευκά είδη, air - condition, wifi, κουζινικά είδη και ό,τι είναι απαραίτητο. Φιλοξενεί μέχρι 6 άτομα με δύο διπλά κρεβάτια και έναν καναπέ κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι που ανοίγει και γίνεται διπλός. Βρίσκεται κυριολεκτικά 5 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και έχει πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση από τους επισκέπτες.

It is 200 meters away from the sea. In 40 meters away there is supermarket , bakery is 150 meters away and around the place there are different stores.
