Welcome to outside the box PQ. This space is a fully off grid container cabin, built by myself. The cabin faces west and south, with sea views and an abundance of natural light. You have everything you need for some serious relaxation here. Self contained with a 12v fridge, lighting and usb charge points all powered by solar panel. A gas hot water system and hobs for cooking. Set a long way from any buildings you will have total privacy. Located a 10min walk from the coast and Port Quin harbour

The Cob - Polzeath / Rock - Stunning Barn

My husband converted this Cob Barn into a beautiful one level cottage. Full of character, and very comfortable and cosy! It is perfect for either one family with up to three children or two couples. Fantastic location as we are one mile from Polzeath and two miles from Rock. However, we are in a very rural spot so far from the maddening summer crowds - yet on the doorstep of everything. We welcome dogs but do charge a small extra cleaning charge of £15 per dog. Please do check with us first.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. 7 or 8 sleep comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or 2 cosied up!
