Chill out in this unique home, stroll around the 6 acre property and check out the large dam, beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Hillrise is 2.5 hours west of Melbourne.

Our retreat is the perfect spot for a quiet getaway. We are located 5 minutes from Halls Gap, and close to all the Grampians has to offer including local wineries.

Wander through the trees to our handcrafted Shack, lovingly built from recycled materials, with breathtaking panoramic views over our regenerative farm to the mountains beyond. Inside snuggle by the wood heater, outside relax on a hand hewn red gum deck with built-in bath, outdoor shower. The outhouse provides views across the wetlands and its wildlife! Gariwerd walks are a 10 minute stroll away, as is good coffee, the local brewery and the eateries of Halls Gap. Come and connect!

Beautiful Historic Adair

Adair is one of the oldest and highest residences in the Grampians. Built in the 1930s, the home is furnished sympathetically with the times and offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, a large air conditioned lounge, large welcoming kitchen/dining room, and a generous verandah with spectacular views over the surrounding countryside. Kangaroos and emus are a common sight around the house, and walking trails from the house lead to some of the most spectacular views in the eastern Grampians.

Redgum Log Cottage

With stunning mountain views, kangaroos grazing at your doorstep and a roaring open log fire, the Redgum Cottage creates a space to step back from the hectic pace of modern life. The cottage offers you 60 acres of beautiful native bushland as your own secluded getaway. Swampgum Rise Halls Gap

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Swampgum Rise is suitable for singles, couples, families and groups. It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.

This accommodation is new to us, but a beautiful addition to our Lodges Accommodation in Halls Gap. The place also offers Free Wifi and Netflix.
