Come and relax in our peaceful, suburban converted double garage, ideally located to the local beach, Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave swimming pool & popular Mount Maunganui Beach & Mercury Baypark. Friendly hosts are on site and available to recommend cafes & restaurants. Our beautiful dogs Olly & Stella enjoy a pat. Additional container room available for bookings of 3 guests or more only. The Orchard Studio.

Our newly renovated Studio has been a joy to create and we are excited to finally share this space with you. It is a private small Studio nestled in behind large 80 yr old Californian Redwood and Atlas Cedar trees looking out onto an organic avocado orchard and expansive gardens. It is a private studio on an orchard but handy to cafes , restaurants and shopping centers, right beside busy Pyes Pa Road. If you are looking for something bigger we also have the Orchard Guesthouse on AirBnB.
