A country-style luxury annex attached to our characterful home. Situated in an ideal location for exploring Dorset, New Forest, Bournemouth/Poole Beaches, and the market towns of Ringwood and Wimborne. Also ideal for B/mth airport Theatre shows. We are also walking distance to prestigious Ferndown golf course & nr Dudsbury course. 50" TV with Sky, sky sports & free WiFi and Secure gated parking for 1 vehicle. The Annex has a really cozy, homely feel so you can relax at the end of your day.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Great for Dorset and coast - private accommodation

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

The Annex @14

Welcome to The Annex @14, a newly renovated ground floor property and great base for exploring historic Dorset and a perfect getaway for two! Self-contained with its own private entrance .The annex is attached to our home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the village of Crossways near Dorchester. There is a hot tub available for your own exclusive use! In the heart of Hardy Country, ideal for walkers and cyclists. Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door, the beautiful sands of Weymouth Bay are close by.

Annexe apartment within easy reach of Poole

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Yoku House is a delightful, fully self contained two storey annexe with its own private entrance. It is moments from the clifftop and a short walk down a charming wooded path to the beach. There is a beautiful bedroom upstairs, a cosy living room downstairs, and an exceptional bathroom with a traditional cast iron bath. We have superfast WiFi, with TV subscriptions including Netflix, Amazon, Apple TV+ and ITVX. A perfect place for a relaxing break or to work remotely in a wonderful location.

Couples hideaway, entirely your own space in a quiet friendly village. Private driveway parking, entrance with steps, situated over owners garage. Covered patio area with table, chairs, views of countryside. Key safe entrance via patio doors into living/kitchen area, sofa, table and chairs. Separate bedroom with king size bed, bedside drawer units, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe. Separate shower room with loo, basin and large shower. Smart TV, log in to Netflix, Amazon etc.

Comfy Guest Annex: near Beach, Park& Tennis Courts

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

A romantic hideaway where English charm meets soft French elegance. Set within a beautifully restored former carriage house, this petite, cosy retreat is designed for two-intimate, calm, and full of character. Thoughtful details, gentle lighting and indulgent linens invite you to slow down and unwind together. The space is intentionally small and has no kitchen, encouraging evenings spent dining out at the many exceptional restaurants just moments away. With a private entrance/parking.

Enjoy a great break at this centrally-located place. It has its own entrance, 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, own kitchen and shower room. There is free wifi, Sky movies and Sports channels via Virgin in the lounge and a dvd/blueray player plus a selection of DVDs and books to entertain you. Hamworthy beach, park and paddling pool just a 15 mins walk. Local shops, pubs and takeaways less than 5 mins walk and Poole Town Centre & Quay a 30mins walk or 5 mins drive.

The Studio, Poole (Detatched with private garden)

Quite getaway, with everything needed for your stay. Stylish modern, stand alone studio, with private Garden. Modern shower room & kitchenette, with dining space and King size bed. The garden is gated off from the main garden for privacy. You have your own dining and lounging area. We do have two lovely little dogs who are very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello when you are coming in or out of The Studio.
