Nestled in a beautiful bush setting, you'll have the entire lower level of our home to yourselves. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, cafes, and train. Bring your well behaved dog, Lawn for your pouch to run around. Off street parking. Secure internal garage space available if needed. Breakfast is bread , jams, fruit bowl +juice , yoghurt, selection of tea and pod coffee. Longer stays are discounted. Note : two friendly energetic dogs living upstairs with us.They have a separate outside area :)

Benrose Cottage - Luxury Lodge

"Benrose Cottage" is set on a lifestyle farm property that is relaxing, away from the hustle and bustle and has beautiful views over the farmland. There is also a pond with beautiful natives and english trees. There are ducks and sometimes duckling on the pond. The cottage is brand new with all modern conveniences, warm and cosy with luxury linens and essentials. The Glen

"ABSOLUTE BEACH FRONT!" no kidding. smack bang on the beach in Plimmerton. Step off the deck onto the permanent sandy beach, yes really. Its a beach holiday experience. Fully furnished everything included, out door living at its best including-Spa, Hammocks, hot shower, kayaks, boogie boards, beach games, BBQ. So swim, shower, spa, hammock, eat, movie sleep and push repeat. Stroll along the beach for fish and chips or down to the train station for a night in town. Bachy and relaxed.

The garage now doubles as a carpeted playroom, with a dart board and you will find a cupboard full of “toys”. More than a dozen eating places, supermarket, liquor shop, chemist and the train, all close by.

Go swimming, snorkling, walking, exploring the rock pools and then fall asleep with the sound of the sea. Newly listed. More photos to come. Family friendly with a fenced sheltered and flat backyard Fantastic walks in either direction along the beach or around the rocky foreshore. Other walks up the Goat Track and beyond to the clifftop.

Golden Gate Getaway is a cosy self contained apartment with a private entrance. It has a cosy master bedroom, a fully functioning kitchen with basic supplies & tea/coffee, a simplistic bathroom/laundry area and a brightly lit lounge room with TV, fast unlimited wifi & board games! We have set up a new work desk area too. There is close public transport to the city and access to water on both sides!

A great wee spot for visiting family nearby, short block courses at Whitireia, and pit stops for interisland ferry travellers. A two minute stroll to our fab surf beach with a great walking track at the south end. A short wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, Beer Engine, 4Square and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena.
