Nestled in a beautiful bush setting, you'll have the entire lower level of our home to yourselves. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, cafes, and railway station. Bring your well behaved dog, Lawn for your pouch to run around. Off street parking. Secure internal garage space available if needed. Breakfast is bread , jams, fruit bowl +juice , yoghurt, selection of tea and pod coffee. Longer stays are discounted. Note : two friendly dogs living upstairs with us. They have a separate outside area :)

It is located 25 min away from Wellington CBD, 10 min away from porirua city center, shopping mall, grocery shops, restaurants and beach. There are great hikings next to the house with amazing 360 views of porrirua city, harbour and Mana island. Small pets are allowed in the property.

All day sun in this cosy 60's townhouse. A minute stroll to our beautiful surf beach with a great walking track at the south end. Wander to the local sports clubs, takeaways, TBay Cafe, superettes and local RSA. 5 minutes by car to Pataka Art + Museum and Te Rauparaha Arena. 20 minutes by car to Wgtn and the Ferry Terminal. Wgtn city is compact and an easy walk to great eateries, coffee roasters, craft beer brewery's, boutique wine bars, the Sky Stadium and of course Te Papa.

We have set up a new work desk area too. There is close public transport to the city and access to water on both sides!
