We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.

There is plenty of space here, with 4 bedrooms, (including master with en-suite), and a large, warm, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lovely outdoor area, including outdoor bath. 'Tranquility on the hill' is situated in a semi-rural area, yet only 10 mins walk from Pukerua Bay station and 15 to beach. Near popular walks. Ideal base for families, not suitable for parties.

Mount Welcome Shearers Cottage

This is a romantic little cottage with a lovely ensuite and kitchenette. Enjoy a comfy Queen sized bed and cotton linens. The cottage has its own garden next to the homestead. Just moments from the l Escarpment track and the train station making it very easy to get into Wellington cbd (35mins). Our neighbours are developing the land so we are expecting noise this coming summer during the daytime but its sporadic, hence the lower than usual rates. If your dates are unavailable please ask.

Take it easy at this unique home just metres from the beach. With spectacular views of Kāpiti Island, this home offers all amenities, and is family friendly. Situated in beautiful Pukerua Bay, this home suits up to four adults or a family of five. Wellington City is just 30 minutes by car or accessible by train - the station is a 10 minute walk. Our two bedroom unit is totally self-contained. It adjoins our home but has its own entranceway and is quite private. You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use. It's five minutes walk from the beach, ideal for a beach holiday and great for a family (can host up to six people). Enjoy the stroll to Plimmerton Village and the vibe of the cafes. Handy to train.
