This villa is a perfect escape for both families and couples!

The villa is located in a olive groove 300 from the sea with a fantastic sea view on the mainland across Poros. The house is modern, built in 2014. It is fully equipped with all appliances and furniture to make your stay comfortable. It has a modern underfloor cooling-heating system to keep the temperatures in the house stable so no noisy air condition. What makes Villa Elia very special is the fantastic pool and barbecue area. This is the place where our guests spend most of their time.

Our cozy Kotetsi bell tent is nested in between our olive trees, and is equipped with 2 single beds with soft bedding and linens, a clothes-hanger, electricity, lights, fridge, a fan for the hot days and private bathroom just in front with amenities and hot water. Open shared kitchen and pool are a few meters away and at the front there is a private area with a couple of chairs and a hammock for a lazy afternoon siesta.
