Recently renovated apartment in the heart of the fishing village area. Located on a second floor the apartment offers the best views of the harbour. Sunny all year around and in a quiet area within walking distance to all facilities. The apartment has two bedrooms, although the second one is very small and totally ok for small children. Fully equipped open plan kitchen that leads to the terrace. Great WIFI, great standard of facilities and comfort. A/C in both bedrooms, fan in living room.

The light living area is furnished with a sofa, table and chairs, satelite TV (Astra, mainly German channels), hifi-system with iPod-plug and DVD. The bedroom has a large bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe and access to the front terrace. The pool is shared with a second apartment of the house.

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.
