Hillside Getaway w/ pool

Extra Large studio apartment in a hillside home. NO TELEVISION SET Full private kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining area and pool (unheated.) there’s a unit directly above so there is some crossover noise and creeking as it’s a very old house (1930s) though there is ample privacy between the units and separate, private entrances. Full use of the pool. I do my best to let guests have the pool to themselves. BED IS ON SOFT SIDE

Aspen Hills Getaway

While we back acres of nature and open space, we are only ten minutes from downtown Moorpark. The pool is heated by the sun, so only warm in the summer. Ten minutes from train station.
