Our home is nestled down a small hill in a hollow that has a lovely little creek at the back. There are only 2 houses in our small hollow and we share a cul-de-sac. We are a single detached house that backs up to woods and the creek. From the front porch you can see the neighbor's home across the cul-de-sac but from the elevated back wrap-around deck you can only see woods and the creek. We have a very peaceful setting. YET we are only 1 mile and less than 5 min from the charming town square

1811 Cottage at Sunflower Farm

The 1811 Cottage is as unique as the 120 acre farm it sits on with it's wide heart pine plank walls, ceilings, floors, and the duel fireplaces. This historic settler's home features a living room, master bedroom on the main floor, and a huge sleeping loft, making it comfortable and cozy for one to six guests. Modern additions include a large bathroom with claw foot tub and shower and a nicely equipped, yet tiny kitchenette. The front porch is a great spot for that early morning cup of coffee!

The entire property was an authentic stage set for the hit television show The Vampire Diaries for eight years. During your stay, you may enjoy touring the grounds, lake and a private tour inside the mansion. Don't miss the opportunity to stay right where the action happened!

Guest Suite in Historic Covington

Enjoy a unique experience at The Pirate House guest suite in historic Covington. Located in a beautifully decorated circa 1910, New Orleans style home. Just a half mile walk to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Covington and even closer to many popular filming locations. While this home has not been used for filming, all of the surrounding properties have and it is mentioned on local tours due to its unique design & eccentric holiday decor that is displayed year round.

10 minutes from downtown Covington and 35 minutes from the east side of Atlanta. Enjoy a peaceful, unique experience in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of outdoor space and resident chickens. This 1 bed/1 bath features a kitchenette and shower/tub combo. Wifi and Roku included. The suite is attached to the main home by a patio roof but does not share an entrance or heating/AC with the main home (about 25 ft between them). Pets welcome, no cleaning fees or pet fees!
