The Casita is a cozy tiny home. Located just outside Salmo on a 54 acre property with private trails. Easy drive to Nelson, Whitewater, Castlegar, Fruitvale, Trail and Kootenay Pass. Features one bedroom with Queen size bed, kitchen with 2 burner induction stovetop, toaster oven and bar fridge. *Bathroom located a short distance from Casita (outdoor entrance attached to our home).

The Studio is a few blocks from Oso Negro Coffee Shop, Nelson Brewing Company & taproom, historic Baker Street and a Whitewater Ski Area shuttle stop. Our guest suite has a modern rustic feel & can accommodate 3 guests. There is an ensuite bathroom & a separate room with a microwave, hotplate, breakfast sandwich maker, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker and a tea kettle. There are plates, bowls, cutlery, etc and a rustic wine barrel dining table. The cupboards are stocked with local tea and coffee, with cream in the fridge and snack. Backing onto the Skimmerhorn mountain range, you have close up views of the rock face and are within minutes from a network of hiking trails. Nestled in a cedar forest, the cabin offers quiet, simple tranquility with your own private front porch, fire pit, and a clean rustic outhouse.

Suite on Beautiful Farm Setting

Nice private suite on a rural chicken farm raising organic eggs. The suite is attached onto the farm workshop but is not a part of the shop. It is separated a few hundred feet from the farm house making it nicely private. It is on the farm yard so there is some farm activity and noises, during the day, but of little disturbance to guests staying in the suite.

A SMALL YURT TUCKED IN THE WOODS

You will be staying in our Guest 14ft Yurt located on 13 acres of birch groves. Our location is about 20 minutes to the base of Schweitzer and town. The Guest Yurt comes complete with queen bed, two burner stove, small fridge, desk, and wood fire. Bring your slippers! Winter time conditions could require 4 wheel drive or AWD when the snow is present.
