This nicely decorated private suite is located in my home where I live full time, with a private entrance and off street parking for one vehicle. Parking is at your own risk. The front door is your private entrance and your driveway with no common spaces. STR number 20185320-ST in Portland, Maine. It's next to a 54-acre historic park with a playground and wading pool. In good weather, there is sometimes a sizable group of homeless nearby by as well.
