My home is a 5 min walk from the New Forest and a short cycle ride to Lepe Beach which is located at the end of my road. It's also a short drive from Calshot Activity Centre. My home would suit couples, solo adventurers, families (2 rooms are available) and anyone working in the area. My house is a 4 bedroom detached property. I'm told it's a very welcoming comfortable cosy home. There are two double rooms available, both finished to a high standard. The house is in a quiet location, close to the Forest and the Sea. Lymington, Brockenhurst & Lyndhurst are just a 20 minute drive and Beaulieu & Exbury are 5 mins down the road. I provide a continental breakfast which is included. I am happy to provide a cooked breakfast at an additional cost or an evening meal if required and advance notice is given. Check in time is flexible, please contact me in advance to arrange this.

With a comfortable lounge and separate formal dining room, you can enjoy relaxed luxury for up to 6 people.

Our home is a beautiful 17th Century Town House, with a walled garden, in the ancient city of Winchester. Ideally situated for walking throughout the city with its magnificent 900 yr old Cathedral, William the Conqueror's Great Hall, King Arthur's Round table, Winchester College, England's oldest Public school. 1hr by train from London, 1hr from Heathrow, close to the New Forest, the South Downs, the South Coast, Jane Austen's home. Our house is 4 mins walk from the station.

A quintessentially English country cottage tucked away down a lane surrounded by woods and fields and yet only a 15 minute drive from the heart of the beautiful city of Winchester. Guests have a private sitting/dining room and a private bathroom ( not ensuite) This is the perfect rural retreat to relax and explore the South Downs National Park. Please note the guest bed is a standard double size and the stairs to the room are quite steep.A generous breakfast is provided.

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast included. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite. Hi I’m Debbie , on site host, Babylon is situated in Northend Portsmouth , this is a very large room with work station, 1 minute walk to bus routes , bars, eatery’s, cash points , local shopping strip , We are only a short bus ride to gunwharf quays, and our stunning seafront .
