Studio by the sea

Our studio is 20 meters from the beach and has great view! Located near restaurants and shops with souvenirs. You are all welcome, whether you have family or pets, or just a book for company. During March, April, May and October, the place offers a relax and quiet atmosphere. On the contrary, while the tourist season begins on june, more shops open and during July, August and September the area turns into a crowded place, with tourists enjoying the best beaches and spots.

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Quiet & Cozy Apartment near the beach - Fourka

You will stay in a cozy apartment, just 150m. away from the beach. It is located in quiet small district and it is recently renovated. You will have 2 private bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and a nice bathroom. The apartment comes with a private parking spot that you can freely use during your stay. I will be happy to give you tips about Fourka, nice taverns, beaches and other things you can do in Chalkidiki. Feel free to ask me :)

Παραθαλάσσιο, φιλικό προς τα παιδιά, άνετο και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στο Ποσείδι Χαλκιδικής, ιδανικό για οικογενειακές διακοπές ή χαλαρωτικές αποδράσεις. Βρίσκεται μόλις 50 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα και διαθέτει δωρεάν θέση στάθμευσης. Ο χώρος μας περιβάλλεται από μεγάλη καταπράσινη κοινόχρηστη αυλή, που προσφέρει άφθονο χώρο για τα παιδιά, για να παίζουν με ασφάλεια, και για τους ενήλικες, για να απολαμβάνουν τον καφέ τους ή να χαλαρώνουν.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of this amazing Villa. It is located in Posidi Chalkidiki, 2 minutes away by car from the beach. The villa has a huge garden, 3 bedrooms, a living room, fully equiped kitchen, 3 balkonies, 2 bathrooms and one WC. 2 Car parking spaces and BBQ is available. There is a swimming pool in the complex, but tenants are not allowed to use it because it does not meet the necessary standards.
