You are sure to be comfortable in this spacious and unique space that is nestled in beautiful farmland at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. 10 min to SNP! Sunrises over the fields and orchards behind and sunsets over the mountains in front of you create a magical and memorable experience. This log structure used to be a tobacco drying barn inthat was then converted to a cabin residence and has recently been thoughtfully renovated

Iconic Farmhouse w/ Furnished Silo & Highland Cows

This beautiful house is the culmination of eight friends’ vision for an ecological and architectural experience. Set on a picturesque 33-acre grassfed cattle farm, this 4 bedroom, 3 loft, 2.5 bath dwelling is ideal for family get-togethers and intimate reunions with old friends. Many Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets have been celebrated from the open air balcony. Due to the number of staircases and separated rooms, the property is not ideal for folks with toddlers or those with mobility limitations.

The Cottage at Dunthorpe Farm

The Cottage is a restored wagon barn nestled against the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll enjoy quality, comfort, quietude, and pastoral views. We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Note that the base price is for 1-2 people. Guests 3 and 4 have additional fees.

Take a hike around the Lake on the 5+ miles of trails before cooling off in the pond while you gaze up at the stars. Sheep, Dwarf Fainting goats(next to silo 10' away), Chickens, Ducks, Bunnies, & Turkeys.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Barn at Belgrove

The Barn at Belgrove. Welcome to a private and quiet escape on a 67 acre manor in Leesburg. A horse property with abundant wildlife offers a peaceful getaway on an historic property. This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

The Tobacco Barn

A high-peaked ceiling and exposed-log crossbeams reveal the Tobacco Barn’s past life as a place for hanging tobacco leaves to dry. Now converted to a one-room guest house, it features a front porch swing, cozy fireplace, soapstone floors, a homey sitting area, and a tall, high-post bed. The pressed-tin ceiling and whiskey-barrel sink in the bathroom add to its charm. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum two-person occupancy.

Middleburg Carriage House

Hunt Country charm with modern design and amenities. The rebuilt carriage house overlooks adjacent vineyard and Blue Ridge Mountains. The interior showcases reclaimed materials and wood from the original dwelling. The large flagstone patio offers rolling mountain views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or glass of local wine after a day of winery visits. Hot tub AND the waterwheel turns! Cozy romantic couple's getaway repurposed from an historic 18th century gristmill. Great for college parents weekend. Perfect for a honeymoon or babymoon! Covered deck overlooks the picturesque mill, providing relaxing sounds from the creek and waterwheel. The "ghost village" of Moore's Store is now surrounded by orchards and farms. Private yet convenient to wineries, breweries, ski resorts, hiking, caverns and rope adventures.
