The Ginger Bear is situated perfectly on over 6 acres of gorgeous land to maximize relaxation and explore the many adventures available in the heart of Potter County. Our beautiful cabin is conveniently located within a few miles of prime fishing, snowmobiling trails, hunting, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, sightseeing, amazing star gazing and more! Nearby attractions include the Cherry Springs State Park, Lumber Museum, Lyman Run State Park & Lyman Lake, and Cherry Spring Country Store!

Our fun hidden gem is just the retreat you need! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore. You will enjoy star gazing from the view of the front yard! An OFFSITE cabin to our Potter County Family Campground.

The Watson Farm

This peaceful farmette beneath the Dark Skies will capture your heart. You’ll feel right at home with the newly renovated interior. Take your morning coffee out to the new deck and watch nature come to life or push yourself out on the rowboat to clear your head. Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole or if you’re feeling energetic take a hike to the top of the mountain behind the house. As the sun sets grab some firewood and build a roaring bonfire making memories you’ll never forget!

Located on 3 private acres in the beautiful Cherry Springs area, the North Star is surrounded by natural beauty and abundant wildlife. Centrally located for visiting the areas numerous attractions, hiking trails or a swim in nearby Lyman Lake. We are 1.5 miles from the breathtaking view of the stars offered by Cherry Springs State Park. Whether you are looking for a mountain adventure or simply a few days of total peace and quiet, the North Star is ready to welcome you.

Welcome to one of the closest cabin from Cherry Spring State Park (less than a mile)! It sits on around 5 acres of secluded cozy mountainside under starry dark skies. Dog friendly | Fire-pit | Fireplace | Fiber optic internet| Lots of parking space | Smoke-free | Star gazing and wildlife viewing straight from the comfort of your cabin Responsible owners with well-mannered dogs are welcome. Sorry but cat and other animals are not allowed. Dog fee is $50/dog/night.

SweetDrift at Kettle Creek-Waterfront Home

SweetDrift at Kettle Creek is a remote escape just half a mile from Cross Fork, PA, nestled on a gorgeous trout stream. Also on-site: a separately listed cozy cottage! Potter County boasts epic scenery—state parks, wild forests, hiking, ATV/snowmobile trails, and endless waterways. Wellsboro is an hour away, and Cherry Springs State Park and Galeton are just 30 minutes out. If you crave adventure (or just pure peace), this is your perfect off-the-grid getaway!

Cabin features 3 bedroom 2 bath. All new flooring through our entire camp. Bathrooms updated with handicap height toilets. WIFI plus good Verizon cellular service. Large deck on the front for relaxing. Amazing star gazing right from the yard.

Forest Cabin in Stargazing Field

Olga Farm is an absolutely lovely place in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. We have a private stargazing field where we host tent campers. Our Forest Cabin is a step up from that in that you don't need to worry about a tent, but it's still essentially camping. Breath taking sunrises, a lovely organic garden, acres of forest, & dark skies at night round out what makes for an unforgettable experience!
