Esclusiva baita montana a 1000 m con ampio giardino, patio attrezzato per pranzare, barbecue, solarium e un' amaca all'ombra di un pruno e di un ciliegio. WiFii illimitato. Da qui godrete della vista sul massiccio del Marguareis, sulla Bisalta e seguire percorsi da trekking, mountain bike, skiroll. Due posti auto si trovano ai margini del giardino con accesso dalla strada principale. Ci troviamo al limite del Parco naturale del Marguareis gestito dall'Ente Aree Protette Alpi Marittime.
