Many shops including grocery stores, tourism information, train station and the Passionplay theatre can be reached comfortably by foot. The apartment is about 650 sqft in size with a living room with kitchen, 1 bed room, bathroom with shower, private outside sitting area, 1 parking space. The garden with a grill, a washing machine and drier are shared with other house guests.

Auf dem Dach ist eine PV-Anlage mit Batteriespeicher mit der die Energieversorgung des Hauses und der hochmodernen Luftwärmepumpe klimafreundlich und rund um die Uhr gewährleistet ist!
