Free public parking is in within 30 meters from the studio. Also the bus stop to the ionian beached "Palio Ktel" is in 150 meters distance.

Also, the guests will have access to a shared swimming pool of 50 s.m. at the house complex.

The seaside area of Pantokratoras is one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Preveza, with a lovely beach right below the apartment, as well as several others within less than 1 km. It is situated in the historical center of Preveza, 5 minutes walk to the Port and 10 minutes walk to the closest beach. In the close area you can find really good coffee, great bakery, pharmacy, shops and a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the studio. It is a great place to stay if you want to enjoy the city by foot.
